Blondies
I sold out of this dish at Bliss Fest this year and I had several requests. We'll do the lasagna recipe next week.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Almond Flour (I make my own by soaking, dehydrating and grinding almonds in a coffee grinder. Whole Foods has Almond Flour for around $13 a bag. I can make the same amount for $6. Call me if you need help.)
- 2 cups of Organic Coconut Flake
- 1 cup of Grade A Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. of Organic, Alcohol Free, Almond Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Fresh ground cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
- Combine All ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until fully mixed.
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop onto dehydrator tray.
- Dehydrate for 30 minutes at 118 degrees or until firm.
- Enjoy and store remainder for later.
These are great in the morning served with Macademia/Almond Milk. Sometimes I add Maca powder to give them an energy kick!
